Teams phone calls not working with pcf control

Integrated the 'Phone Number Format' pcf control in our CRM app, Also Configured the Microsoft Teams dialer.
The PCF control phone field not accessing the teams dialer when click on the call icon. Shows "scheme does not have a registered handler" script error. Non PCF phone field works fine and can access the team dialer.
