Upload video from mobile's gallery

There is an "Add Picture" control in Canvas Apps which allows the user to select pictures from mobile's photo gallery. The need is to be able to have an "Add Video" control to allow the user to select the video directly from the mobile's phot/video gallery. Currently, the pain point is that if we have to upload a video, we have to do it as if attaching a file. Hence the video has to be selected from the phone's file explorer which makes it hard to find the video.
