drag and stream lane view
Not sure if this has been done already but it would be really useful to have a drag and drop stream lane PCF that allows users to drag opps or cases from one stage to another.

I agree - a interactive kanban board view, something like this https://www.npmjs.com/package/semantic-kanban or

and customizeable to tasks, opportunities, or cases that could update either BPF stage or an optionset value like status.
Only challenge I can see around this is, that stages also must take into account mandatory requirements also before they're allowed to progress. But I like the concept.
