Stakeholder Map

Stakeholder map as inspired by common stakeholder management methodology. The chart would display related records to accounts featuring three fields formatted as numbers (typically 1 - 10) to plot the stakeholder on the map. 
Ideally the map would feature sections (with customizable labels) to indicate the strategy to pursue for the stakeholder.
